MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates at FLOSTATE is a return to the roots — classical, intelligent, and deeply effective. Our classes honor traditional Pilates while weaving in music, rhythm, and breath, creating a supportive and beautifully held environment.

YOGA
Yoga is a practice of strength, mobility, breath, and regulation. Through intentional movement, mindful transitions, and guided breathing, yoga supports joint health, muscular balance, and flexibility while building functional strength throughout the body.
Equally powerful is its effect on the nervous system. Coordinated breath and movement stimulate the parasympathetic response, helping to reduce stress, regulate cortisol levels, and improve resilience to daily demands. Over time, the practice supports better sleep, improved focus, and a greater sense of calm and clarity.
Yoga at FLOSTATE is both grounding and energizing — a space to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and leave feeling balanced, steady, and connected.
GYROKINESIS
This class is designed to open up energy pathways, stimulate the nervous system, increase range of motion, and improve strength and movement efficiency. Students will start sitting on a chair, then will progress to the mat while coordinating their breath, movement, and mental focus. Come ready to move, and leave feeling rejuvenated and alive!
This class is appropriate for all levels. (Gyrokinesis is the equipment free version of the Gyrotonic Expansion System)
AERIAL | FLOATING
SOUND BATH
This is not just relaxation — this is medicine.
Rest suspended in an aerial hammock or grounded in a cozy nest as sound waves move through your body. Floating gently reduces spinal and joint compression, signaling the central nervous system to shift out of stress and into restoration.
Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies to guide the brain into slower, restorative states, supporting deep calm, regulation, and repair. With space for 20 aerial pods and 15 grounded positions, this experience meets you exactly where you are.

MOM (OR DAD) & ME
MOVE • BOND • FLOAT
This class is an invitation to move, connect, and bond with your baby in a way that feels playful, musical, and deeply nurturing.
We begin with your babe held close in a baby Bjorn, as we glide, sway, bounce, and move together through space to music. Parents enjoy a gentle yet energizing workout while tuning into rhythm, sound, and the simple joy of moving with their little one. It’s a beautiful way to strengthen your body, soothe your baby, and connect with other parents in a warm, supportive environment.
Then comes the magic
You’ll have the opportunity to float your baby in a soft hammock — gently swinging them, or joining them inside for a shared cocoon of calm and closeness. The sensation is soothing, grounding, and unlike anything else — a moment where time seems to slow and connection deepens.
This class is less about “doing it right” and more about being together — moving, listening, floating, and bonding. Come as you are. Leave feeling held, connected, and full of love.
FLOATATION THERAPY
COMING SOON
A unique therapy, created by Brook, performed in a comfortable aerial cocoon, allowing clients to remain fully clothed while experiencing deep nervous system relaxation. The therapist works from beneath the swing to gently massage, stretch, and suspend the body. The float system highlights areas of tension and misalignment, guiding the practitioner to provide targeted therapeutic release and healing.
